The current issue of Creating Vintage Charm includes a charming feature about afternoon tea by yours truly. If there is ever a celebration going on, we have to celebrate with a delightful tea gathering.
Mostly because there is no better way to celebrate in such a gracious and elegant manner. It is also a great opportunity for me to pull out my china and enjoy it.
Since Valentines day is coming up, I decided to celebrate love and romance with...
an afternoon tea, of course!
“A cup of tea would restore my normality.”
Macarons are swoon worthy cookies, in pastel colors and utterly divine. So for the rare occasion, my tea party had to be complete with these, to feel absolutely spoiled!
“Thank God for tea! What would the world do without tea! How did it exist? I am glad I was not born before tea.”

The sun shone in through the window on such a wonderful afternoon. The atmosphere couldn't be any more serene. Then a rosy cake was added to the eye candy.
I took a lot of pictures and I felt I should share some here on blog. I also want to mention that a detailed recipe for Macarons is included on my blog HERE.
Make sure to purchase your copy of January 2014 issue of Creating Vintage Charm for more lovely and romantic features such as this one!
Yours truly,
